Help players make informed gambling choices at Outstanding Blue Heron Casino using education, communication, and customer service skills. This is a permanent, part-time onsite assignment.
RGC is seeking an Education and Prevention Coordinator to support its PlaySmart Centre. You will educate patrons in casino and charitable gaming environments, promote positive play habits, and connect players or affected individuals with support. The position suits candidates with social services, social work, adult education, health promotion, or related backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities: Educate patrons about gambling risks and informed choices
Plan and deliver activities supporting positive play habits
Engage players and those close to them




Provide answers and referrals to available services
Record and manage relevant data
Requirements: Experience or education in a related social or education field
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong customer service and time management skills
High empathy in sensitive situations
Ability to stand, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 42 pounds
Apply education, empathy, and customer service strengths while supporting informed gambling choices through RGC’s PlaySmart Centre.
