Serve guests at Blaze Restaurant and Grey Eagle Resort & Casino while using POS systems and delivering accurate food and beverage service.
Under Food and Beverage leadership, this Server may work across the Bingo Hall, Buffet, Blaze Restaurant, Gaming Floor, and Hot Dog Cart. The position focuses on positive dining experiences, menu knowledge, upselling, safe work practices, and compliance with casino requirements. Servers support service stations, tables, receipts, inventory, and guest communication.
Key Responsibilities: Present menus and promote food and beverage items
Take orders and enter items accurately into POS
Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests
Set, clear, and prepare tables for guests
Balance sales receipts after each shift
Requirements: High school diploma
Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certificate
One to two years serving experience
Experience working with POS systems
Availability for shift-work and prolonged standing
Bring guest service, menu knowledge, POS accuracy, and protected work practices to Grey Eagle Resort & Casino’s serving team.
