As an Interim Lead, you will help drive store success through leadership, sales, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. You will coach team members, develop service expertise, and support an inclusive environment. This regular position is based at Sephora BC-Nanaimo.
Key Responsibilities: Coach and empower team members toward client service and sales goals
Drive engagement through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
Provide feedback and development supporting team performance
Support onboarding and learning across service, loyalty, and products
Assist with inventory, merchandising, and store standards
Requirements: Minimum two years leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service
Ability to coach and inspire teams toward goals
Solid sales, client service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and required shifts
Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
