Monitor driver compliance records at Bison Transport while applying attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and organized administrative skills. Work Tuesday through Saturday.
As a Safety and Compliance Administrator, you will maintain Driver and independent contractor records supporting DOT and federal requirements. The position includes transportation compliance administration, violation documentation, annual driver reviews, and critical event reporting. You will also use Word, Excel, Vigillo Systems, and Bison’s Driver Management System.
Key Responsibilities: Review Vigillo Systems for daily violation notifications
Document inspections and violations for counselor follow up
Coordinate repair completion documents for mechanical violations




Collect abstracts and Certificates of Violations annually
Compile critical event data and trends
Requirements: Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced workplace
Exposure to transportation, safety, or regulatory compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and efficient record keeping
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Support Bison Transport’s compliance operations through accurate records, detailed reviews, and clear communication across driver programs.
