Deliver everyday banking advice at Coast Capital’s Fleetwood Branch using customer service, sales, lending, and investment knowledge. This full time office position supports members directly.
As a Member Advice Specialist, you help members with personal credit, mutual funds, term deposits, RRSPs, and electronic services. You open chequing accounts and add overdraft protection while identifying further needs. The position combines general retail banking, needs-based sales, referrals, and regulatory checks. Coast Capital is part of the Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union family of brands.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver positive customer experiences through general retail banking
Conduct Money Chats supporting members’ financial well-being
Offer helpful solutions and alternatives to inquiries




Identify sales opportunities and achieve referral targets
Complete branch checks and balances around regulatory requirements
Requirements: Three years helping members in a bank or credit union
Experience with lending and investments preferred
Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada required
Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or related field
Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask attentively
Use banking expertise, relationship building, and needs-based selling to support Coast Capital members at Fleetwood Branch.
