Support accounting software users from PBS Systems’ Calgary Tech Center using customer service, communication, and basic accounting knowledge. Travel across Canada and the USA is required.
As an Accounting Support Analyst, Tier 1, you will assist new and existing dealership customers during software development, installation, and training. You will support the accounting module while building software and infrastructure knowledge. The full time, permanent position reports to the Team Lead, Accounting Support, within Client Services. PBS Systems provides a dealership management platform for sales, service, inventory, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer issues through phone, email, live chat, and internal channels
Document interactions in the ticketing system and escalate matters




Collaborate across departments to streamline service delivery
Identify process improvements supporting client experiences
Complete certifications, monitor releases, and pursue cross-training
Requirements: High school diploma and accounting diploma or certificate
Knowledge of basic accounting fundamentals
Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Valid driver’s license and customer service experience
Availability for travel and occasional weekend work
Apply accounting knowledge, customer support, and analytical skills while helping PBS Systems dealership customers use software successfully.
