As a Loan Processor I, you will ensure Lithia stores submit compliant packages under DFC standards and deadlines. The work includes verifying employment and insurance, documenting activity in the loan origination system, identifying potential fraud, and serving dealers and borrowers by phone and email. This position reports to the DFC Loan Funding Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Review new deal packets within one business day
Communicate funding delays promptly by phone and email
Verify employment, insurance coverage, and borrower information
Document communications in the loan origination system
Manage escalated or non-responsive deals professionally
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines with urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
High school graduation or equivalent
