Operate forklifts safely at Ice River Sustainable Solutions while supporting recycled-plastic manufacturing across North America. Work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
As a Forklift Operator, you will move materials and finished goods throughout the facility. The work includes equipment inspections, production-line supply, storage, sanitation, and careful product handling. You will follow established safety guidelines, including OSHA regulations, and collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
Load, unload, transport, stack, and store materials
Inspect equipment and report defects or maintenance needs
Supply production lines with required raw materials
Transfer finished products into proper storage areas
Requirements: Previous forklift or heavy equipment experience is an asset
Ability to maintain attention to detail
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexibility to adapt to various tasks
Ability to complete assigned tasks
