As a Client Care Agent, you provide the first impression while supporting delivery team goals. You will learn insurance, lending, and risk management. The position includes in-house learning and development while handling client requests, inquiries, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and manage relationships across communication channels
Educate clients about AFSC products and services
Resolve inquiries through troubleshooting and real-time support
Enter, review, and verify information in AFSC systems
Prepare documents and summarize data for reports
Requirements: High school diploma and three years of experience
College diploma and one year of related experience
Knowledge of Alberta and the agriculture industry
Ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups
Ability to learn and adopt current technologies
Apply client service, agriculture knowledge, and communication skills while supporting accurate, responsive AFSC service across Alberta.
