You will greet customers, manage confirmations, reconcile repair orders, and monitor accounts receivable. The work requires Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge, accurate administration, and effective multitasking. Greet customers positively in person and by phone
Confirm rentals, reservations, towing requests,



and customer appointments
Communicate updates with customers and insurance claims personnel
Reconcile repair orders and monitor store accounts receivable
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of similar customer service experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
Valid driver's license and robust attention to detail
