This role manages budgets, inventory, regulatory compliance, staffing, and compassionate customer service. It supports a clean, safe environment for overnight and post-surgical patients, families, visitors, and medical building staff.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Drug Mart operations alongside pharmacy and clinic
Administer budgets, transactions, deposits, and financial reporting
Coordinate inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and expiry monitoring
Supervise, schedule, train, and coach retail employees




Maintain healthcare-appropriate service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Requirements: Valid Food Handler Certification
Experience establishing, managing, and adhering to budgets
Knowledge of food safety and health authority requirements
Knowledge of tobacco retail compliance or willingness to obtain licensing
Significant retail, convenience, or grocery team leadership experience
