You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, restructuring, risk management, and performance enhancement. An experienced HR Director provides guidance while you advise clients across the full HR spectrum.
Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment and employee onboarding projects
Manage employee relations for diverse client organizations
Contribute to restructuring and risk management initiatives
Enhance employee performance through practical HR support
Advise clients across the full HR spectrum
Requirements: CHRP designation
Three or more years of generalist or HR Manager experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Solutions-driven and customer-focused approach
Knowledge of Canada Labour Code is an asset
