As a Business Risk Analyst within TDAM’s Business Risk Oversight function, you will support operational risk, Issues Management, remediation, and Risk Acceptance. The role requires risk reporting, evidence review, stakeholder challenge, and sound judgment. You will help align activities with TD’s risk appetite and control framework.
Key Responsibilities: Lead independent challenge across assigned TDAM business activities
Oversee ServiceNow/eGRC issues, remediation, evidence, and escalations
Challenge root causes, ratings, plans, dates, and controls
Deliver management-ready reporting on risk posture and emerging themes




Oversee Risk Acceptance approvals, monitoring, renewal, and closure
Requirements: Undergraduate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent relevant experience
Two or more years in operational risk or related disciplines
Ability to lead moderately complex risk activities independently
Sound judgment and ability to influence business stakeholders
ServiceNow/eGRC and remediation monitoring experience is an asset
Apply operational risk, evidence review, and governance skills to strengthen oversight within TD Asset Management in Toronto.
