About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting new employees via phone. If you enjoy meeting new people we’d like to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview potential candidates for various positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns when required.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities.
- Meet hiring goals and recruitment targets. Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.




- Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Compensation & Benefits
