You will process assigned requests, maintain task information and document completed work.

Key Responsibilities

- Process assigned business-support requests using the documented workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, actions and current status.
- Check incoming information for missing details before completing a task.
- Prepare routine written updates for the project team.




- Escalate requests that fall outside the available instructions. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.
- Ability to manage requests and status records accurately.
- Ability to write clear, concise updates for a remote project team.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
