Job Description

- We are looking for an experienced Jira & Confluence Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in creating complex JQL (Jira Query Language) queries, developing advanced Jira dashboards, and building Confluence pages for enterprise-level reporting and governance.
- The candidate will work closely with Directors, senior leadership, and governance teams to provide meaningful reports, executive-level dashboards, and project performance insights. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Support project management teams with JIRA dashboards, Power BI, Power Apps and Confluence administration, reporting and PMO transformation activities. Required Skills &

Qualifications:





- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced knowledge of complex JQL queries, including nested conditions, multiple filters, and advanced search techniques.
- Proven experience creating complex Jira dashboards and customized reporting views.
- Experience developing executive-level dashboards and consolidated roll-up reporting across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of Jira gadgets, filters, and dashboard configurations.
- Hands-on experience creating Confluence pages for governance, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience working directly with Directors, senior leadership, and governance teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and reporting approaches clearly and concisely.
- Solid stakeholder management and presentation skills.
