Job Duties:
- Teaching dance techniques and artistic interpretation to students of different ages and skill levels
- Preparing and rehearsing routines for classes, performances, and student showcases
- Providing instruction in a variety of dance styles, such as ballet, contemporary, ballroom, and traditional/folk dances
- Choreographing and adapting dance routines for individuals and groups when required
- Training students to improve flexibility, coordination, posture, and stamina
- Guiding students in preparation for auditions, exams, and public performances
- Maintaining a safe, qualified, and motivating learning environment Employment
Requirements:
· A college diploma in dance or training from a dance school or academy
· Previous experience as a dancer
· Good communication and teaching skills Pay: $37.00-$39.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Work
