Markham

About Markham Wesley Centre (MWC) The Markham Wesley Centre is the product of a collective vision, leadership, determination, dedication, hard work and support from the Federal and Ontario governments. The idea for Markham Wesley Centre was born in 2011, to meet the needs of a diverse and fast-growing community. The Markham Peoples Community Church graciously offered access to a facility on their beautiful park-like property at 22 Esna Park Drive. After three years of fundraising, planning, and building, our new state-of-the-art facility is ready to serve and enrich our community. MWC focuses on understanding community needs, building meaningful relationships, and creating lasting impact. The time has come for MWC to embrace a new season of renewal and growth — strategically restructuring, energetically moving forward, and boldly embracing God's mission for the next decade. Rooted in faith, inspired by hope, and expressed through love, MWC aspires to be a beacon of Christ's light in the community — serving our neighbours, nurturing relationships, responding to real needs, and bringing hope and transformation to lives.
