Overview The Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records and supports routine accounting operations. This role handles bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll tasks, reconciliations, and financial analysis to help keep records organized and provide colleagues with dependable information. Responsibilities
- Record and organize transactions using our accounting software
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, track invoices, and support timely payment and collection workflows.
- Assist with payroll processing, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation; investigate discrepancies and document adjustments.
- Support account analysis and budgeting by preparing clear, accurate financial information for colleagues.

Practical accounting and bookkeeping capabilities, accuracy with financial records, and the ability to use accounting software for transaction entry, payroll support, and reconciliations. Transparent organization and careful account analysis support dependable day-to-day work. Preferred: Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and budgeting are advantageous. Related bookkeeping or accounting experience can help you contribute confidently to routine financial operations. Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
