Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Housekeeper / Household Assistant to help keep a busy private household running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys keeping a home clean, organized, and well-maintained, while also being comfortable cooking, running errands, and helping with everyday household tasks. The primary focus of this role is housekeeping and maintaining a beautiful, organized home. Additional responsibilities include preparing meals, grocery shopping, coordinating household maintenance, running errands, and assisting with various projects and odd jobs as needed. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative. You don't need to have extensive private household experience to apply. Someone with a background in hospitality, housekeeping, cleaning, cooking, or customer service who is eager to learn and take pride in their work would be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Home Organization
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep throughout the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Maintain a consistently clean, tidy, and organized environment.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and maintain floors and fixtures.
- Make beds, change linens, and keep bedrooms and guest areas presentable.
- Organize closets, drawers, pantries, refrigerators, and storage areas.
- Keep household supplies stocked and organized.
- Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, steaming, and putting clothes away.
- Properly care for delicate clothing, linens, and household fabrics.
- Notice areas that need attention and take initiative without always needing direction. Cooking & Kitchen Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, healthy, and well-presented meals, including breakfast, lunch, and occasional dinner.
- Assist with meal planning based on household preferences and dietary needs.
- Prepare basic sauces, dressings, marinades, soups,



and meal components from scratch.
- Demonstrate proper knife skills, food preparation, and safe food handling.
- Have a valuable understanding of cooking techniques such as roasting, sautéing, grilling, baking, and food presentation.
- Prepare proteins, vegetables, and sides for daily meals.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food while monitoring refrigerator and pantry inventory.
- Clean and maintain kitchen appliances and equipment. Errands & Household Assistance
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office visits, and household purchases.
- Coordinate grocery orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
- Pick up supplies and items needed for the home.
- Assist with organizing household projects, seasonal tasks, and general to-do lists.
- Help with miscellaneous household jobs and tasks as they arise.
- Assist with setting up spaces for guests, gatherings, or family activities.
- Be comfortable with occasional tasks outside the typical housekeeping routine. Household Maintenance & Coordination
- Help monitor the condition of the home and identify maintenance needs.
- Communicate with contractors, service providers, and vendors when needed.
- Coordinate appointments for household repairs, installations, and routine servicing.
- Assist with the upkeep of specialty home features, including the swim spa, barrel sauna, automated gates, and other household systems.
- Schedule or coordinate routine appliance and home system maintenance.
- Follow up on service appointments and ensure household projects are completed.




- Maintain general organization of household equipment, supplies, and maintenance items. Family & Personal Household Support
- Help ensure the home is ready and comfortable for the family's daily routines.
- Prepare refreshments, meals, and personal items as requested.
- Work alongside the parents and nanny to help maintain an organized household.
- Occasionally assist with light tasks related to the family's baby, such as preparing food, tidying the nursery, and organizing baby supplies.
- Primary childcare responsibilities remain with the parents and nanny.
- Maintain a respectful, friendly, and professional presence in the home. Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning, cooking, or household support is an asset, but not required for the right person.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Full-time, non-live-in position.
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Occasional extended hours until 8:00 PM.
- Some flexibility may be required based on household needs. Overtime pay will be included if hours permit.
- Compensation: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
