Welder Helper Scovan is looking for Welder Helper to join our team in Ponoka immediately This position offers stable, full-time hours with an prospect to grow and learn from our hard-working team Responsibilities
· Assist welders in setting up and preparing materials for welding.
· Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment.
· Clean and prepare workpieces for welding.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to prevent accidents.
· Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
· Support welders in positioning and securing workpieces.
· Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
· Follow instructions from welders and supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications
· Basic understanding of welding processes and techniques.
· Ability to follow safety guidelines and use protective gear.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy.




· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
· Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Details:
· Full-time hours
- Typical shift is Monday to Friday, 10 hour days. o Shifts may vary based on workload requirements.
