Prepare fresh pasta, sauces, and other menu items as a Prep Cook supporting Italian-inspired cuisine and consistent Guest Experiences.

This Prep Cook position focuses on food preparation using restaurant standards and recipes. The restaurant is inspired by Italian passion, generosity, fresh ingredients, and scratch-made cuisine. You will help prepare menu items while following the Steps of SIRvice and responding to Team Members’ requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food using restaurant standards and recipes
- Handle kitchen duties such as cutting vegetables
- Prepare menu items with hand coordination
- Follow the Steps of SIRvice consistently
- Help deliver authentic, craveable Guest Experiences

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant experience or culinary education is an asset
- Understand and follow directions from others
- Communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Maintain activity throughout eight to twelve hour shifts
- Tolerate cold below minus eighteen and hot above sixty degrees Celsius
