This is a full-time on-site role in Vaughan (Toronto). The Administrator will interact with patients in-person and over the phone, to provide guidance and support for their CPAP therapy. The administrator will also address basic concerns or issues, ensuring compliance with prescribed treatment, and forward the clinical requests to the consultants for clinical care if follow-up is needed.

Qualifications

  • Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and patients
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant healthcare experience or certification is a plus
  • Ability to work during extended business hours and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related education is a plus
