This experienced Laser Operator position focuses on prototype and production jobs in Wesgar’s custom sheet metal fabrication operation. The work requires setup skills, blueprint reading, measurement, troubleshooting, and careful material handling. The schedule is full time, permanent, in person, on the graveyard shift in Port Coquitlam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate laser equipment for prototype and production jobs
- Read work instructions, job travellers, and setup sheets
- Inspect and measure finished sheet metal parts




- Correct or report machine and quality concerns
- Handle and stack parts safely to prevent damage

Requirements:

- Previous CNC laser or TRUMPF operating experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality commitment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand and handle sheet metal
