Reporting to the Branch Manager, this Financial Advisor develops long term relationships and customized solutions supporting members’ financial fitness. The position requires retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service. You will also develop knowledge of investments, lending, and retail banking services.
Key Responsibilities: Identify products and solutions matching members’ financial needs
Meet sales targets and referral goals
Engage members to determine immediate needs
Promote referrals to Wealth Management and Business Banking
Follow policies, audits, and regulatory requirements
Requirements: At least two years of retail banking experience
Related financial industry experience may qualify
High school diploma required
Secured Lending experience considered an asset
Investment Funds in Canada Course and License valuable
Bring financial industry experience, member communication, and solution-focused sales to Servus Credit Union’s Fort Saskatchewan branch.
