- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday (4 days/week) to start | Open to 5 days/week
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Morning huddle at 7:45 AM
- Start Date: Flexible, based on candidate availability
- Probationary Period: 4 months COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Pay: $50–$60/hr based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments within the authorized scope of dental therapy practice
- Identify and assess common oral health conditions, including dental caries and gum disease
- Provide preventive dental treatments, including professional cleanings, fluoride applications, and dental sealants, where authorized
- Perform restorative procedures, including routine fillings and other authorized restorations
- Perform uncomplicated extractions and minor surgical procedures within the authorized scope of practice
- Take and interpret dental X-rays and assist with CBCT imaging as appropriate to training and authorization
- Identify dental conditions requiring additional care and coordinate referrals to the dentist or other dental professionals when necessary
- Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, treatment options, and long-term dental care
- Support comprehensive treatment planning in collaboration with the dentist and clinical team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system
- Support a smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Uphold infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented workplace culture QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Licensure: Active registration and practising licence with the Saskatchewan Dental Therapists Association (SDTA), required prior to start date.

Education:
Completion of an accredited and SDTA-recognized Dental Therapy education program.

Experience:
Previous clinical experience preferred; new graduates with the right attitude, communication skills, and patient care values are welcome to apply.

- Technology: Comfort with digital workflows, dental imaging, and practice management software is an asset.
