Join us in making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of our residents. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide and oversee resident-centered nursing care based on individual needs and care plans.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care, safe medication administration, and treatment delivery.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop, implement,



and evaluate personalized care plans.
- Communicate and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Coordinate staffing, resources, and equipment to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M; Registration)
- Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
- Two (2) years previous experience in assisted living or a related field.
- Previous Coordinator or Management experience considered an asset.
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Pay: $41.42 per hour
