Overview The Therapy Assistant supports therapy services by helping sessions run smoothly and contributing to a welcoming, organized experience for patients. The assistant works collaboratively with therapy staff and follows direction to support patient needs and established care routines. Duties
- Prepare therapy spaces and materials, keeping equipment organized and ready for scheduled activities.
- Assist therapy staff during sessions by helping patients participate in assigned activities and following instructions.
- Communicate relevant observations to the therapy team and maintain accurate, appropriate records.
- Help patients and colleagues navigate session routines, supporting coordinated care and a positive experience. Experience Required: Transparent communication,



attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for assisting with sessions, sharing observations, and maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with medical terminology supports clear communication about therapy activities and patient information. Preferred: Acute care experience and exposure to pediatrics are advantageous, along with comfort supporting people with varied needs. These strengths can help you contribute effectively across therapy settings while working closely with the care team. Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 41.0 per week
