We are seeking a skilled & motivated Welder Fabricator with Tig experience to become an integral part of our team The successful candidate will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble a variety of new metal forms. Fabrication involves; laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring & welding metals to create components & finished products according to specifications. This is highly detailed work & requires attention to detail & knowledgeable with various welding techniques, tools & equipment. Must be able to communicate & write in English. Responsibilities &

Requirements:
Familiarity with; welding equipment, procedures, schematics/blueprints & ability to handle physical workload. **Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields *would be helpful.

- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products consisting mostly of piping manifolds to produce gas, diesel and propane dispensers
- Install and repair various equipment and components
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
- Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
- Fabrication involving laying out, cutting, fitting,



measuring and welding metals to create the desired shape or object.
- Assemble, fit & install prefabricated parts to form sub-assemblies or finished products, based on intricate specifications
- position, align & adjust parts for proper fit & assembly
- connect threaded pipe, mechanical/hydraulic components, conduit, tubes, hoses & wires
- inspect finished product for proper functioning, check assemblies & sub-assemblies for alignment & proper functioning
- perform minor adjustments & repairs
- use of mechanical hand tools and power tools
- Conduct tests to evaluate proper functioning
- Assist with quality control & testing as required
- Maintain & service, shop equipment & tools as required
- Prep finished product for shipping
- Work with others to problem solve, using critical thinking
- Complete/submit all required paperwork This full-time, Mon to Fri, position is available immediately.
