Job Summary As a Host/Hostess, you create a welcoming first impression and help guests enjoy a smooth, attentive dining experience. You coordinate arrivals and seating while supporting the restaurant team and maintaining a warm, skilled atmosphere. Duties
- Welcome guests, manage seating, and communicate wait times clearly and courteously.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries with polished phone etiquette and accurate information.
- Coordinate with serving and food service teams to support timely seating and attentive guest services.

Skills Required: Strong communication, customer service, hospitality, and guest services skills, with a courteous approach to guest interactions and the ability to coordinate effectively with serving and food service teams. Preferred: Food service experience, restaurant experience, or hotel experience, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Silverware can help you contribute confidently in a busy hospitality setting.
