About the Role
Dunsmuir College invites applications for a dual-function position that supports both the daily operation of the College and the recruitment of new students. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring that reception operations are conducted efficiently and that students, staff, and visitors are received in a professional and welcoming manner. In the capacity of Social Media Recruitment Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for developing content for the College’s social media channels and for using those channels to identify prospective students, respond to their inquiries, and guide them through the admissions process. The position is divided approximately equally between the two functions, with half of the incumbent’s time allocated to front desk operations and half to social media content and student recruitment. The role is suited to a candidate who is comfortable working across administrative and communications responsibilities, who understands the content formats that perform well with prospective students, and who exercises the same degree of professionalism in every interaction, whether at the reception desk or in correspondence with a prospective applicant.
