Job Summary The Enfermeira provides attentive, coordinated nursing care, supports patient wellbeing, and communicates relevant updates to the care team. The role may involve varied patient populations and care settings. Duties
- Assess patient needs, provide patient care, and monitor and document changes in condition.
- Administer medications, support pain management, and perform phlebotomy and other appropriate nursing tasks.
- Coordinate care plans and transitions with patients, families, and colleagues, including case management and referrals.
- Adapt care to individual needs, including pediatric, home care, senior care, and dementia care settings.
- Your impact: Explicit, timely updates help colleagues coordinate care and support continuity for patients. Skills Required:



Practical nursing skills, patient care, medication administration, accurate documentation, and clear communication support safe, coordinated duties. Preferred: Experience with Epic or Cerner, hospital or acute care, pain management, case management, pediatrics, home care, medical offices, assisted living, nursing homes, senior or dementia care, children, laboratory work, phlebotomy, and medical terminology can strengthen your contribution. Pay: $500,000.00 per month
