Downtown high-end residential strata condominium is searching for a polished, professional, service-focused individual to join our team. This is a casual position with variable hours, ranging from 0
- 16 hours per week, depending on operational needs. The successful candidate must have flexible availability seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, for shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Shifts are offered as needed to cover vacation leave, scheduled time off, sick days, and unexpected staffing changes. Some shifts may be offered on short notice, with an additional shift premium provided for last-minute coverage. Hours are not guaranteed, and flexibility is essential. Our Concierge is expected to provide a stellar service experience to all residents and visitors of the building. As the primary contact and source of information, your passion for going above and beyond will shine with each interaction. - providing outstanding friendly service to residents,



visitors, trades, and dogs
- handling resident requests such as FOB orders, parking passes, move ins/outs, amenity reservations, and database updates
- regulating the flow of parcel delivery, including storage and distribution
- scheduling maintenance and repairs of the common areas on the property
- inspecting mechanical rooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. and following up on anything that requires attention in these areas
- maintaining basic safety and security protocols within the building, including monitoring of security cameras and patrolling common areas
- enforcing bylaws and following established protocols for non-compliance Essential

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail
- Solid level of confidence and standard of judgement
- Concierge, customer service, or front desk experience
- Upbeat, positive, friendly demeanor
- Fluent in English Assets:
