About the Role
We are a general contracting company looking for a Marketing Specialist who is also tech-savvy. You will run our day-to-day marketing — social media, content, advertising, and marketing materials — and at the same time look after the digital systems the company runs on: our email system, website, and CRM. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creative work and systems. Responsibilities — Marketing
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Chinese platforms)
- Create content showcasing our projects: site photos and videos, before-and-after features, project updates
- Plan and run digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track their performance
- Produce marketing materials: brochures, presentations, company profiles, signage, and event/trade show support
- Work with the sales team to make sure leads from marketing are followed up in the CRM Responsibilities — IT & Digital Systems




- Administer the company email system (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365): set up accounts, reset passwords, manage groups, and handle onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain the company website (WordPress or similar CMS): update pages, project galleries, and news; coordinate with outside vendors for larger changes; track domain and hosting renewals
- Administer the company CRM: user accounts, data quality, sales pipelines, and basic reports; provide simple training and support to staff
- Be the first point of contact for staff on account and software questions, and liaise with external IT vendors when needed
- Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library (photos, videos, brand and design files) Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing; experience in construction, real estate, or building materials is an asset
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Experience with WordPress (or a similar CMS) and at least one CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo) 职位类型：全职 薪资： 每年$48,000.00起 Work
