Imagine Health Medical Clinics is a multidisciplinary healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Job Duties
- General duty registered nurses
- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols
- Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
- Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
- Assist in surgery and other medical procedures
- May supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
- May develop and implement discharge planning process of patients
- May teach and counsel patients and their families on health-related issues in collaboration with other health care providers.
- Manage referrals, consultation notes, faxing, and document imports




- Support physicians and clinic staff with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a clinic
- Family practice or specialist clinic experience is an asset
- RN Administration education or equivalent experience
- Previous EMR experience required; CHR experience is an asset
- Strong computer, typing, and organizational skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to communicate in other languages a benefit
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy clinic environment Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
