- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or related field
- Updated Liability Insurance
- Registration with BCACC, CCPA, or BC College of Social Workers
- Certification in EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic therapies, or genuine openness to pursuing EMDR training
- Experience with OCD or Perimenopause/ Menopause an asset
- Strong communication skills, personability, and clear professional boundaries
- Commitment to personal wellness and a balanced life outside work
- Availability to work three 5-hour blocks per week, with a maximum caseload of 15 clients per week
- Evening and/or weekend availability is required,

- Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy such as EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic approaches
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and maintain client records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure holistic client care
- Uphold the practice's values of curiosity, authenticity, balance, and transparency
