- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
- Provide multilingual support to accommodate diverse client needs.
- Assist sales team with upselling opportunities and product information
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.




- Ability to handle data entry efficiently.
- Multilingual abilities supporting diverse clientele.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Requirements
- College / University degree
- Fully bilingual – French & English
- Work experience 1-2 years
- Robust computer skills
- Microsoft office (Outlook, word, excel, power point)
- Basic graphic design skills
