Who We Are Ottawa Painters is a locally owned company delivering top-quality residential and commercial painting throughout Ottawa. We take pride in our work and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects and grow with us.

What You'll Do

- Lead and manage painting projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate painters and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct interviews and hire painters/crew members
- Handle project start-ups, site inspections, and job close-outs
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and keep projects running smoothly What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in painting, construction, or related trades
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable managing budgets and project timelines
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering top-quality results
- Flexible availability as needed to meet project demands
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$70,000 – $90,000 per year depending on experience
