Job Summary The Journeyman/woman Pipefitter installs, assembles, maintains, and repairs piping systems in manufacturing, construction, HVAC, and plumbing settings. The role uses mechanical knowledge, technical drawings, and appropriate tools to complete work accurately and safely. Duties
- Read blueprints and schematics, take measurements, and use basic math and calipers to plan pipe layouts and verify fit.
- Cut, fit, assemble, and install piping using hand tools and welding methods, including MIG and TIG, as work requires.
- Support rigging and positioning of pipe and equipment, following established work practices and coordinating with the crew.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain piping systems, including HVAC and plumbing installations, and address repair needs.

Accurate installation and maintenance help keep systems dependable and support efficient work across the team. Experience Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, blueprint and schematic reading, basic math, and confident use of hand tools and calipers support accurate pipefitting, installation, and maintenance. Welding capability is relevant to completing assigned work. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with manufacturing, HVAC, plumbing, rigging, MIG welding, and TIG welding are valuable strengths for adapting to diverse projects and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Pay: $48.35 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
