, Role and Responsibilities
· Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to the following;
· Processing the orders, sales, payments and scheduling the freight pick up for various accounts.
· Resolving customer disputes and maintaining customer complaint log/generate corrective action plans
· Processing rebates if required.
· Filing of documents.
· Assisting the Key Accounts Sales Manager with data and other requests.
· Writing up daily deposits Qualifications and Education

Requirements:
Business/Accounting education entry level Preferred Skills Excellent oral and written English skills; French is an asset but not required Additional Notes Must have excellent organizational skills. Existing Vacancy:
