About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Breakfast Bar Attendant to join our hotel team. The Breakfast Bar Attendant is responsible for providing guests with a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked breakfast experience while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and maintain the daily breakfast bar according to hotel brand standards.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked, presented, and replenished throughout breakfast service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and freshness in accordance with food safety requirements.
- Follow all FoodSafe, health, and safety regulations.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and organizing food and beverage inventory.
- Complete cleaning duties during and after breakfast service.




- Properly close and secure the breakfast area at the end of the shift.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an asset, but not required.
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification must be obtained as required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to approximately 25 lbs.
