Key Responsibilities





- Portfolio Management: Act as the primary trusted advisor for an assigned book of personal lines clients.
- Proactive Renewal Management: Review upcoming renewals 30–60 days in advance, re-evaluate coverage limits, address rate fluctuations, and remarket policies when necessary to safeguard client retention.
- Account Rounding & Cross-Selling: Identify coverage gaps to provide comprehensive protection.
- Client Advocacy & Service: Handle policy changes, coverage inquiries, and provide line-by-line coverage explanations with warmth and professionalism.
- Referral Generation: Leverage strong client relationships and service delivery to earn warm referrals from existing policyholders. What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Licensing: RIBO license or OTL in good standing is a must.

Minimum 1+ year of hands-on personal lines insurance broker experience in Ontario.
- Service Mindset: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients protect their assets.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex policy details in explicit, simple language.
