Overview LINE COOK-HOT TACOS LEAMINGTON The Line Cook and Prep Cook prepares ingredients and cooks menu items while maintaining an organized, safe kitchen. This hands-on role supports smooth food service by coordinating preparation and cooking with the kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and meals by following recipes, portion guidance, and established kitchen procedures.
- Cook menu items consistently, monitor timing, and coordinate orders to support efficient service.
- Handle, store, and rotate food safely; keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
- Assist with serving and communicate preparation needs or delays to teammates.

Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred Practical food preparation, cooking, meal preparation, and safe food handling skills are essential for completing kitchen duties and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
