- Prepare ingredients and meals for tandoor cooking, following established recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Cook dishes to order, monitor cooking times, and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues to support timely serving and food service during busy periods.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean, handle food safely, and follow food safety practices throughout preparation and service. Requirements Required: Practical cooking, food preparation, meal preparation, and food handling capabilities, with care for cleanliness, secure practices, and consistent service. Preferred: Food service experience, including restaurant or kitchen experience, and familiarity with the food industry; these strengths can support smooth teamwork and dependable service.
