Jump Mechanical is hiring We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated HVAC Technician/Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential and commercial HVAC equipment. We are seeking someone with strong mechanical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects in a professional, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment.
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on existing systems.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, motors, controls, and wiring.
- Test and commission HVAC systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Work with team members to complete installation and service projects efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service. Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in HVAC installation, service, or maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.




- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of plumbing, boilers, welding, and related mechanical systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and working on ladders. Preferred Qualifications
- Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician license.
- Experience with commercial rooftop units, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installations.
