Job Overview WE DESIGN LABELS INC. (WD Labels) is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated General Production Helper to join our production team in Kelowna, BC. This is a hands-on position supporting daily operations in our label manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include preparing materials, assisting production staff, inspecting finished products, packing orders, and maintaining an organized work environment. No previous experience is required Entry-level applicants are welcome, and on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- General Production Support: Assist production staff with daily manufacturing activities and ensure smooth workflow throughout the facility.
- Material Handling: Prepare, move, load, and organize raw materials, label rolls, packaging supplies, and finished products.
- Machine Assistance: Help machine operators with basic production tasks, including loading and unloading materials and preparing equipment for production.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished labels and products for visible defects, damage, and quality concerns.
- Packing & Shipping: Count, pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Order Preparation: Organize materials, cartons, and supplies required for upcoming production jobs.
- Inventory Organization: Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing supplies, and maintaining inventory areas.
- Workplace Maintenance: Keep production floors, workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Team Support:



Assist in different production departments as required to meet daily production schedules.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Skills & Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Full training will be provided.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and safely lifting and moving materials.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and identify basic product quality issues.
- Basic Math

Skills:
Ability to count products, understand quantities, and perform simple calculations.
- Communication

Skills:
Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Experience:
