Overview As a Permanent Full Time LPN, provide attentive nursing and patient care, supporting people’s health, comfort, and daily care needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver thoughtful, consistent care and communicate relevant observations to support continuity. Responsibilities
- Provide patient care, assist with care planning, and monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications and support pain management in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Use medical terminology and document care accurately in electronic records.
- Perform phlebotomy and related clinical tasks within your training and workplace procedures.
- Support patients and families with respectful care, including dementia care, senior care, hospice care. Skills Required: Practical nursing capabilities, patient care, medication administration, accurate documentation, and clear communication support secure, coordinated care.
