- Welcome guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide friendly customer service throughout their visit.
- Enter orders accurately using a POS system, including Micros POS where applicable, and coordinate requests with kitchen colleagues.
- Serve food and beverages, support food preparation and handling as needed, and follow food safety and sanitation practices.
