Job Overview The Liquor Store Manager oversees daily store operations, supports sales, and guides a team in delivering attentive customer service. This role brings together store management, merchandising, purchasing, and administrative responsibilities to keep the store organized and responsive to customer needs. Responsibilities
- Supervise and train team members; support recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, and payroll administration.
- Manage merchandising, purchasing, pricing, and promotions while monitoring sales, budgets, and inventory.
- Oversee POS operations, cashiering, cash handling, and bookkeeping; maintain accurate records and organized store procedures.
- Provide customer service, address concerns, and coordinate team priorities to support smooth daily operations.

Preferred: Retail management or supervisory experience, retail sales and sales management, POS, merchandising, purchasing, payroll, budgeting, pricing, recruiting, interviewing, training and development, marketing, negotiation, bookkeeping, administrative experience, phone etiquette, and bilingual or multilingual communication. Pay: $18.00-$50,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week Work
