We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Parts Department Assistant / Parts Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to be hands-on in the warehouse while also handling administrative duties. Experience with hydraulics, welding, heavy-duty equipment, or truck and trailer parts is considered a strong asset but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with receiving and verifying incoming shipments
- Receive purchase orders (POs)
- Restock and organize inventory
- Pick parts for production and customer orders
- Charge parts to work orders
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
- Source and order parts from suppliers
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and productive
- Work closely with production, service, and purchasing teams Position Requirements




- Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, inventory, or administrative roles
- Experience with hydraulics, welding, truck equipment, trailers, or heavy-duty parts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and MRP / Inventory software experience an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 85-100 lbs
- Valid driver's license Rate of pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
